In 1970s, SINOPEC Anqing branch located in the west of the city, then on the basis of SINOPEC Anqing branch, after more than 10 years building and developing, formed a perfect and systematized profession chemical industry park. Anhui Haikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a High-tech Enterprise which produced Antiviral、Antineoplastic、Antiallergic、Hypoglycemic etc. pharmaceutical APIs and high intermediates. Our company’s predecessor is Zhejiang Wuyi Jiayuan Pharmaceutical Materials Co., Ltd., which owned more than 20 years Antiviral、Antineoplastic、Hypoglycemic etc. API’s production experience and related technicians, then moved to Anqing city, Anhui province. After nearly 10 years developed, we have R&D, Quality department and EHS as 25 persons, production and works as 50 persons, Bachelor degree or above 20 persons, 2 of Dr., 3 of Master. Company cooperated with Zhejiang University、Zhejiang University of Technology、Anhui University、China Medicine University and Anqing University, as undergraduate and postgraduate practice base, to provide talent reserve for our company. Moreover, Company cooperate project with colleges and universities、Institute of high-tech zone、research institute, exploit API and intermediates, storage for enterprise NO.Ⅱ and NO.Ⅲ projects.
Anhui Haikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd as an API and high intermediates High-tech Enterprise, has perfect safety, environmental protection and quality system. Right now company has 5,000 m²warehouse, 1,000 m²synthetic workshop include 4 production lines with 28 reactors(total volume 40,000L), Class D cleaning workshop 500 m², R&D building 500 m², office building 1,300 m², quality department 1,300 m²(complies to GMP requirement), ETP 5,000 m²which can treat sewage 100 Tons everyday. We built up impeccable wast gas treatment facility and public works. Company completed “First-stage Project” safety and environmental impact assessment work acceptance in July, 2017; get Environmental Protection License in December, 2017; completed inspection of occupational health prevention and treatment in April, 2018; successful passed “Three-level safety production standardization” review in June, 2018, has basically completed EHS system. We plan to get Drug Manufacturer License in the end of 2018, provide a strong power base for enterprise transformation and upgrading.
Anhui Haikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd plan to invest and construct “Second-stage Project”, build up 2 workshops in 4,500 m²(8 production line, total capacity 120,000L, 2 GMP workshops in 1,500 m²), finish product warehouse 2,600 m², R&D building 2,600 m². Add sewage treatment 4,000 cubic capacity, fire protection and circulating pool 1,500 m³；
In 2020 build “Third-stage Project”, build up a 2,500 m²intermediate production workshop(Total cubic capacity 150,000L). Company First-stage Project production value reach 50 million RMB, Second-stage Project production value expected to reach 120 million RMB, Third-stage Project production value expected to reach 200 million RMB.
